Ordered a month ago never got a tracking number. Sent multiple requests have not gotten any responses. Complete SCAM!!!!! I’ve ordered in the past even earlier this year and received item ordered. What a disappointment. I hope I’m surprised and one day they reply and I haven’t been robbed of 550$$

Do not buy right now, do not listen to anyone who's received anything, because there's dozens of people saying they haven't received anything at all.

Literally two people have received a tracking link, one only 90% of his order.

The telegram channel is dead right now, as is their support. No message, no clarification, nothing. Not via mail, TG, Reddit or elsewhere.

Someone on X had a direct communication line to them, but that died as well. I quote: "Their communication has been a mess and I'm not getting proper updates from them rn".

My order 30218 was placed on July 27th and nothing has happened. Not a single word, mail, or the sort. Plus they still owe me. And this is so disappointing after being a customer of over 2 years, I've spent my hard earned money on them and always had great communication, but being ghosted after placing…

So I ordered from Modawhale on 27th of June. A week went by, two weeks went by - Not tracking received. I wrote to their support on email on telegram once, twice - No answer. I bitched, I cried, I moaned here. But eventually I let go and forgot about my order. Word on the street was that their warehouses were raided. Long story short, today I received a tracking number, out of the blue, so I had to let you all know that Modawhale is back in operation and you can trust and order safely, I guess.

Third time buying from them and every time It Is worth It. Great product and decent shipping.
