You can have the best products, but poor towels will ruin your work. Microfiber towels are essential. Use a plush, high-GSM (500+) towel for drying and applying wax—it's soft and absorbent. Use a shorter-nap, edgeless towel for buffing off residue without streaking. Waffle-weave towels are great for glass. Never use fabric softener when washing microfiber, as it coats the fibers and destroys their ability to grab dirt and absorb liquid.
