Do not buy right now, do not listen to anyone who's received anything, because there's dozens of people saying they haven't received anything at all.

Literally two people have received a tracking link, one only 90% of his order.

The telegram channel is dead right now, as is their support. No message, no clarification, nothing. Not via mail, TG, Reddit or elsewhere.

Someone on X had a direct communication line to them, but that died as well. I quote: "Their communication has been a mess and I'm not getting proper updates from them rn".

My order 30218 was placed on July 27th and nothing has happened. Not a single word, mail, or the sort. Plus they still owe me. And this is so disappointing after being a customer of over 2 years, I've spent my hard earned money on them and always had great communication, but being ghosted after placing another pricey order is not something I call "back in operation" but rather "We're sending some stuff out that we still have while we do let people still buy stuff, collect the money and pull the plug."
