After a month of being ignored by them when I didn't receive my last order they finality got in touch. I reached out to them several times asking for an update or a tracking number and received no response. I finally placed another order and didn't pay for it to see what would happen. Sure enoughthe next day I received an email saying, "we see you didn't go through with your payment, can we help you with that?" I said they can help me by sending my first order before asking for more money... I'm being ignored by them again. So unprofessional, they can email me to take more of my money but can't respond to emails about an order they refuse to send?? Selectively scamming people is disgusting. Reaching out to ask for more money, not realising I'm one of the ones they scammed is stupidity. Here are the emails.. STAY AWAY FROM MODAWHALE
