I made my first order with ModaWhale on the 5th of January. I received my tracking information on the 19th of January. I received delivery on the 23rd of January. I am happy with the service, and I will order from them again.

I have seen some people say that ModaWhale is a scam online, but usually these posts are made before the person has received the tracking information and they do subsequently get their delivery. I understand that waiting without any updates can be frustrating, but this isn't Amazon. Once you know that it might take 2 weeks or so before you get the tracking information will make it easier for you.
